Here is below :

先把旧的绳子拆下来

1、

将新钢丝绳（连同绳盘）运到起重机下面，放到使绳盘转动的支架上。随即把吊钩平稳、坚固地落在已准备好的支架（或平坦的地面）上，使滑轮垂直向上。

2、

将卷筒上的旧钢丝绳放完，而后用扳手松开旧钢丝绳一端的压板，并将此绳放到地面（留神让地面人员躲至保险区域）。

3、

用直径1~2毫米的铁丝扎好新旧两个钢丝绳的绳头（绑扎长度为钢丝绳直径的两倍）。把两个绳头对在一起，并用直径1毫米左右的细铁丝在对接的两个绳头之间穿绕三次，最后用细铁丝把对接处平稳地环绕，免得通过滑轮时受阻（碰壁）。

4、

开动起升机构，用旧绳带新绳，将旧绳卷到卷筒上，当新旧绳接头处卷到卷筒时停车，松开接头，把新绳临时绑在小车合适的地方。而后开车把旧绳全部放在地面（边放边卷好待运）。

5、

用另外的提物绳子，把新钢丝绳另一端提到卷筒处。然后，将新钢丝绳两端用压板分别固定在卷筒上。再开动起升机构起升吊钩，环绕新钢丝绳，更换工作即全部完成。环绕新钢丝绳时，小车上要有人观察环绕情况，并要特别注意安全。

RAMHOIST:

Move the new steel wire rope (together with the rope reel) to the electric wire rope hoist, and put it on the bracket that rotates the rope reel. then the hook was stable and firmly laid on the prepared bracket (or flat ground) to make the pulley vertically upward.

2,

Let the old steel wire rope on the drum out, and then loosen the plate on the one end of the old steel wire rope with a wrench, and place this rope to the ground (pay attention to the ground person and let them to safe area).

3,

Tie the rope head of the new and old two steel ropes with a diameter of 1 to 2 mm (the tied length is 2 times of the diameter of steel wire rope). Put the two rope heads together, and Insert a thin iron wire with a diameter of about 1 mm three times between the two rope heads butt-jointed. Finally, use the thin iron wire to surround the joint smoothly, to avoid blocked and touched the wall when through the pulley.

4,

Start the lifting mechanism, use the old rope to bring the new rope, roll the old rope to the drum. Stop the car when the new and old rope joint are rolled to the drum, loosen the joint, and the new rope is temporarily tied to the suitable place of car. Then drive car and put all the old ropes on the ground (roll it while put for delivery).

5.

Use another strap rope to lift the other end of the new steel rope to the drum. Then, fix the two ends of the new steel wire with the pressure plate on the drum. Then start the lifting mechanism to lift up the hook, wind the new steel wire rope, and replacement work has been done. When wind the new steel rope, should observe the wind situation and pay special attention to safety.

6.

The method of replacing the wire rope has the advantages of saving manpower, time, no twisting of new steel wire rope, no sticking sand particles and safety.

客户那边有办法测量钢丝绳直径吗，没有起升电机功率，就看看钢丝绳直径是几个的，也能判断是几吨葫芦做的

I am so sorry, it’s not that I don’t want to help provide the information you need.

But the end users don’t want to coorporate.

And about ask for wire rope diameter information, they are reluctant to help.

Could you analyze it from the photo below ?

Or maybe you can tell me the choice of diameter that can be applied to the hoist crane ?
