Its nice to see your offer once again.

We want following clarifications before procuring sample Hoists :

What kind of maintenance expected in the parts which attributes to wear and tear,like Motor,gear box,rope drum,Brake,etc.

Please inform us its cross travel speed and lifting speed.Does its wire rope drum have grooves for the rope or not. Please specify.

In case you are sure,that it can be repaired locally whenever required,we can place a trial order for two pcs of Hoist of 500 kgs capacity on CIF New delhi basis for the Price : USD (676+81)= USD757.00

We would appreciate ,if you can  do under invoicing of USD 350.00 for the two pcs,balance shall be transferred separately to your personal account.

We received your mail for sample order request on 21st july 2014,in which you did not mentioned about price revision,that is why I mailed you the order request.

your latest price won't suit to us,as other companies here too can deliver similar m/c(after including Customs duty and local cargo agent charges with D.O. charges around the same landed price).

So ,I am sorry,I wont be able to accept your order.

I am extreemly sorry to sy that kindly treat my order request as cancelled for the current project requirement.
