oh, yes, that would be nice.

price is fairly high (about 30% higher than our current model), buts lets first see it, before we negotiate.

weight is ok. its exactly the same as the model we have now... why is it not lighter? its made of aluminum, right?

sorry, we dont have a courier account, because we never pickup anything abroad.

all we do is ship hundereds of parcels from germany worldwide.

whenever we receive shipments from china or usa, these are shipped directly through our suppliers.

yang, if you look at the pictures of our products, you will see, that we do not need any hooks!

but we do need the bolt/pin that connects the hook to the body, so we can attach our polyester sling!

and of course we need the chain!

Upper hook can not be removed since it is installed at the beginning, without the upper hook, can not be load tested and safe is not guaranteed.

Bottom hook can be removed since it is separately.

We have two suggestions as follows:

1, for sample test, with upper hook and without bottom hook.

2, for mass production, we can add the flat webbing sling (attached) to the hoist firstly, but require its size match our hoist, then it can be load tested, and we will ask you to supply flat webbing sling or its size for us reference.

webbing sling for 1t and 1,5t is 25mm wide.

yang, i hope you understand, that we can not evaluate a new product that is not we conform!

handling, weight and visual appearance will be too far off what we expect.

it will be of no use evaluating this way... i can guarantee, our testers will not rate it well!

i suppose and hope that we do not have to test the devices mechanical function, because i assume it is mechanically good.

maybe if your company is not flexible enough to assemble a sample to our needs, then its better to refrain from building up a business relation, because we, are not a huge enterprise company doing large volume bulk business. we need smaller volume but special service... thus we need partners that can supply special service and are willing and able to fulfill special requests and meet special requirements... can you do that?

so, if we send you the sling samples, are you really the partner we are looking for?

theres a small and a large loop on each sling.

please note, that the SMALL loop must be attached to the HOIST!

also note the 2 washers for the 15kN hoist, because the chassis plates of these large devices are usually wider than 26mm apart.

the sling must not move, so please include these washers (or any other solution you come up with).

i am looking forward to receiving the samples :-)

We don’t have 1T, and for this type, 750kg and 1.5t is unavailable now.

However there is another type Aluminum lever hoist (attached), but price is much higher:

0.75T: 122.95US$/pc   central distance: 21mm

1.5T:  163.94US$/pc   central distance: 21mm

and it can not install your sent webbing sling since there are 25mm.

may I know if you are interested?

no, these types are much too expensive for our kind of use.

for slacklining its not possible to sell hoists in big quantities, which cost us much more than 30$!

after all, theres still the cost of slings and omega links to add, then theres the customs and taxes and the trucking in germany.

so all costs included we can not spend over 40 EUR per hoist until its ready to sell in our warehouse!

maybe if it is a special type aluminum hoist we can spend 10 EUR more, but thats about it. 

you said you are opening the mould for 0,75 and 1.5t models. when will they be ready?

After investigation and discussion, I am afraid this year could not open the mould since very few customers request 0.75t and 1.5T.

We have another type which is similar to yours but it is made of iron shell (attached), I assume you will not be interested.

We could we do? Send you only 500KG sample or ?
