Have you built one before?

Scissor lift is not my preference instead Lift actuator Poles are prefferd.
Straight Stacked build storey also is not prefferd (See attachment) as the build design shape is not impressive -Please explain the feasible logic!
Lastly: Can the upper and lower deck rotate independently
