问了几家货代，海运费都在15000美金/40HQ, 所以给他报价报FOB了，降价15个点，另外，40HQ 最多只能装28T (保守27-28T），而这个数量货重量有31T，体积64个方，如果用2个20GP也不划算，因为20GP价格在11000美金
