Dear Sir,
We are in need of controller, motor, battery pack & accessories for 20t Battery operated trolley. Trolley will use for transportation of items between inter bay in the factory.
1. Capacity of car is 20t.
2. Travelling speed - 20 m / min (max)
3. Travel distances 20 m to 150 m.
4. Motor power is as follows :--
a) 2.2 kw one motor.
or
b) Motor 1.1 x 2 = 2.2 kw
(two number)
5. No. of cycle per hour - 8 to 12 & cycle time is 3 to 5 minutes.
6. Overall size of the car (L x W x H) – 4m x 2.5m x 0.75m.
7. No of wheel – 4 nos.
8. Track gauge – 1676mm
9. Wheel base – 2600mm
10. Wheel diameter – 400mm
