I have an old pallet stacker. There is no name or number that I am able to find.
I was wondering if you sell a replacement hydraulic ram and foot pump assembly that would suit the following stacker please? If so what would it cost?
Or
Another that can be easily retrofitted.

The approximate dimensions of the hydraulic unit is 80mm diameter by 140mm in length.

Shipping seems to be the big cost here. Wonder whether you could ship normally ' not express. The slower and cheaper option. Can the unit be packaged in a strong cardboard box instead of a wooden box. That might also reduce the overall cost.
