Leaking oil of Eletric pallet stacker 1.6T with 5.4Meters from Brazil

We are having some problems with Eletric Pallet Stacker.

He is leaking oil from one of the tower. Please check video attached.

Machine are making some strange noise when lifting the fork of machine too.

Is strange noise also exist for no-load when lifting?

We found the problem ando ne of the piston of machine.

When it reaches a height limit, one of the pistons stops rising and the other stops and then the problem piston moves, see the video and then it ends up leaking oil and we are unable to use the machine up to the height limit.

RAMHOIST:

Sealing ring (oil seal) is broken, need to change a new one

add butter to the frame

then your problem will be solved

Did you see the right piston coming out of place and moving the machine to the right side?

Is this problem just a sealing ring ? Send me picture and reference for sealing ring so I can find here in Brazil.
