Daily Inspection of Eight General Parts of vacuum stone lifter
(1) Hook
Check whether the marking and anti-stripping device of the hook meets the requirements, whether the hook has cracks, cracks and other defects; whether the cross-section wear of the hook, the increase of opening degree, torsional deformation exceed the standard; whether the neck and surface of the hook have fatigue deformation, cracks and wear of related pin shafts and sleeves.
(2) Wire rope
Check whether the specifications and models of the wire rope match the pulley drum to meet the design requirements. Whether the steel wire rope fixing devices such as pressing plate, rope clip, slip and so on at the fixed end of the steel wire rope meet the requirements. Whether the wear, wire breakage, kinking, flattening, bending, strand breakage and corrosion of steel wire rope exceed the standard or not.
(3) Vacuum stone lifter brake device
The setting of brake, whether the type of brake meets the design requirements, whether the rod and spring of brake have fatigue deformation, cracks and other defects; whether the pin shaft, mandrel, brake wheel, brake friction pad are worn out beyond the standard, whether the hydraulic brake is leaking; whether the adjustment of brake clearance and braking capacity meet the requirements.
(4) Rolling drum
Whether there are fatigue cracks and breakage in drum body and edge, whether the wear of rope groove and drum wall exceeds the standard, whether the height of drum rim matches the number of winding layers of wire rope, and whether the working conditions of rope guide and rope arranger meet the requirements.
(5) Pulley
Whether the pulley is equipped with anti-stripping groove device, whether the pulley rope groove, wheel flange has cracks, broken edges, abrasion and other conditions, whether the pulley rotation is flexible.
(6) Vacuum stone lifter reducer
Whether the reducer has abnormal sound such as violent metal friction, vibration, shell radiation, whether the shaft end is well sealed, whether the fixing bolt is loose or defective, etc. Whether the selection of lubricating oil, the level of oil surface, the operation of vertical reducer lubricating oil pump and the lubrication of open gear transmission meet the requirements.
(7) Vacuum stone lifter wheels
Whether there are fatigue cracks on wheel tread and axle, and whether the wear of wheel tread and axle exceeds the standard. Whether there is rail gnawing in operation. What is the cause of rail gnawing?
(8) Vacuum stone lifter coupling
Whether there is defect in coupling parts, loose connection and running impact phenomenon. Whether the wear of coupling, pin, pin hole and buffer rubber ring exceeds the standard. Whether the coupling is concentric with the two connected components.
