Preparations for vacuum stone lifter operation
 1.  On its own: Keep a good mental state, ensure that you can concentrate on the operation and not use it when you are sick.           
 2.  Basic skills of operation: The vacuum stone lifter operator must be familiar with the starting direction of operation press-twist, the use of various operation press-twist, the role of various safety devices and the correct way of hoisting and bundling, otherwise it is forbidden to use them.           
 3.  Equipment inspection: The brakes, trucks, vacuum stone lifters and ropes used by vacuum stone lifters must be carefully checked for 1-2 times of no-load round trip operation of large and small vacuum stone lifters respectively. If there is any problem with the vacuum stone lifter, stop and repair it immediately. Do not make use of it. Examine the contents such as:           
 (1)  Whether the brake is damaged and the response is sensitive;           
 (2)  Whether the brake device is in good condition; the infinite position device is not allowed to be used in order to avoid accidents.           
 (3)  Whether the sliding cables are flexible and reliable, pay attention to abnormal phenomena and noise;            
 (4)  Whether the brushes of each motor run off or break off;           
 (5)  Whether the steel wire rope is in the groove of the drum pulley or not, overlap and groove removal are not allowed, and it can be used only when the sling rope  is qualified.
 During  the working process of vacuum stone lifter, the objects to be captured need to rely on grab and wire rope to show their customs in the air, but the wire rope may be accidentally impacted in use. At this time, the wire rope which is close  to the scrap edge, such as the worn and severely broken parts, is prone to  sudden stress. Down and pulled apart. In addition, the wire rope will be damaged in the work when it is pressed or impacted under great pressure. From the point of view of the whole rope breakage, the pure overload broken strands  are scattered broken, showing more cup-shaped fracture; if there is collision or bending, the cup-shaped fracture is less, but most of them will cause the  whole strand or the whole rope breakage.            

 In  order to prevent wire rope overload, the following measures should be taken:            

 1) The safety factor should be selected to reduce the influence of other loads on the wire rope  besides static load. For example, bending load can be reduced by increasing the diameter of pulley and drum, dynamic load can be reduced by improving the operation level of vacuum stone lifter driver and vacuum stone lifter performance, friction resistance can be reduced by adjusting the shape of  pulley groove and supplementing lubricant, etc.           
 2)  Comply with safety operation rules and eliminate artificial overload.           
 3)  Load indicator, overload limiter or alarm are installed on the vacuum stone lifter to eliminate overload.
