 The vacuum stone lifter is a lifting equipment which is crossed over workshop, warehouse and material yard for material hoisting. Because its two ends are situated on tall cement columns or metal brackets, they resemble bridges. The bridge of vacuum stone lifter runs longitudinally along the rails laid on both sides of the viaduct, which can make full use of the space under the bridge to lift materials without being hindered by ground equipment. It is the most widely used and the largest number of lifting machinery. Hanging in the air has a beautiful posture, but there will be faults.           
 In use, it is easy to cut off power, sometimes sparks occur in the transmission duct, and when serious, it slips and touches the line to shoot, which results in the frequent replacement of collector and affects the production. To this end, We made the following improvements:           
 (1)  Increase the chamfer of the collector brush and polish smoothly;           
 (2)  Increase the strength and elasticity of the spring between the two relative brushes of the collector to ensure the spring to recover freely;           
 (3)  Deepening. Strengthen the spring seat in the collector to ensure that the recovery spring of the brush is not easy to be "in series" in work.           
 (4)  The connection block of the two sections of safe sliding contact wire should have chamfer to ensure the smooth transition of collector. At the same time, in order to ensure the normal use of safe sliding contact wire, the standard operation of the locomotive operator, the regular maintenance of the repairman and regular inspection are also essential.
 For large-scale mechanical equipment operators, it is not easy to control the whole equipment completely. It not only needs technology, but also depends on experience to a large extent. Operating vacuum stone lifter equipment is a test  for many operators, because in the process of operation depends on eye size and  control. As an excellent vacuum stone lifter operator, we need to know what we should do when an accident occurs.             
 Installation of electric equipment for vacuum stone lifter has always been an important part of the whole equipment installation. The cable is mounted on the pulley. The length of the cable is suitable and uniform, and the sliding motion is flexible. After an accident occurs, the operator should cooperate with the ground and slowly drop the hook to see if the pulley group can still be used. If it can not be used, it is not necessary to land. Before leaving the cab after work, the first wheel or handle of all controllers must be pulled back to the original position; all controllers operated mechanically must be pulled back, and then the main switch will be closed.           
 Accidents are a test for operators. As a manufacturer of hoisting equipment, in order to reduce the occurrence of accidents, we will add safety protection devices to the equipment as far as possible, so as to properly avoid the probability of some accidents.
