Rules for maintenance of vacuum stone lifters
 Life is more important than Mount Tai. Regular maintenance of machines has many advantages. Regulations for equipment maintenance of vacuum stone lifter mechanism:            

 1.  Clean up dust, oil and sundries regularly.            

 2.  Check whether the fire extinguisher is empty or complete regularly and replace it regularly.            

 3.  Check whether the brake is sensitive and reliable, whether the adjustment meets the standard, whether the wear of brake pad and axle or shaft hole is too heavy.            

 4.  Check for defects, loosening or breakage of bolt connections in various parts            

 5. Check whether the pulley is flexible, whether there are gaps, cracks and wear           

 6. Check frequently whether the  hook is flexible in rotation, whether there are cracks on the surface, whether the wear and tear of dangerous section and opening are normal, and whether the pin shaft of the boom is wear and tear.

 The twelve non-suspension system            

 1.  Stay tilted and hang obliquely.            

 2.  No hanging of explosive objects;            

 3.  Underground objects are not lifted.            

 4.  The objects with edges and corners and without cushion can not be hanged well.            

 5.  If any abnormality is found, stop the machine immediately, check the cause and eliminate it in time.            

 6.  Raise the hook to a certain height, park the cart and trolley in the designated position, and put the controller handle in the "zero" position; pull down the switch handle of the protective box and cut off the power supply.            

 7.  The command signal is not clear or the command is not suspended in disorder;            

 8.  Do not hang when exceeding the rated lifting weight.            

 9.  Unreasonable use of hangers or improper attachment of objects;             

 10.  The suspended objects are not suspended by someone or other floating objects.            

 11. The brake or other brake safety device fails to work properly.            

 12.  When hanging heavy objects directly for processing, it does not hang.

 The performance check of hoisting operation is mainly aimed at adjusting the action sensitivity and accuracy of hoisting, rotating and luffing mechanism in the process of hoisting operation. Driving vacuum stone lifter debugging requirements: to ensure that the relevant mechanisms work smoothly, move accurately, do not crawl, vibration, impact and abnormal increase of driving power and other phenomena: the lifting, rotating and amplitude-changing mechanisms have good pointing performance. Debugging conditions: elevation angle of basic arm and boom is 50 degrees, and the rated lifting weight under the lifting range is stopped after 1 meter height.           
 Debugging method: Pull the control handle to the lifting (landing) position of the boom, and brake immediately when the weight moves slightly. The cumulative distance of horizontal movement of heavy objects is measured for 10 consecutive lifting booms, and the average movement displacement of each lifting boom is calculated separately. Otherwise, the reliability and sensitivity of brake (wire rope luffing mechanism) or the setting pressure of back pressure balance valve and secondary safety valve in hydraulic circuit (hydraulic cylinder luffing mechanism) should be adjusted.
