 Rope wrapping is one of the common faults of hoisting machinery. If rope wrapping faults occur, it will seriously affect the normal operation of hoisting machinery. At the same time, there will be deformation of drum, outer cover and wire rope. What is more serious is to damage the housing of reducer, burnt motor, damaged rope arranger and damaged limit, etc. These will have an impact on the maintenance and use, especially when the lifts are suspended in the air, it is easy to cause safety accidents.             

 There are many reasons leading to rope entanglement of lifting machinery. If we can analyze the reasons clearly and adopt corresponding solutions, accidents can be prevented and unnecessary economic losses can be reduced. Vacuum stone lifter manufacturer tells us that the main reason for rope winding failure is that the lifting machinery is placed too long, not often used, and often not tested. 

 This causes a lot of dust accumulated in the drum, the rope rower appears corrosion phenomenon, at the same time, the lubrication of the wire rope is improper, resulting in oil shortage of reducer and so on. And so on. The vibration of lifting system and the noise of reducer are large, which indicates that there is a fault in the lifting machinery, but the lifting machinery can still operate.  Vacuum stone lifter may cause wear and tear of reducer, burning of motor, and causing dropping failure of hoisting material, etc. The possible causes and treatment methods are as follows: 

 1. Carefully check whether the wire rope has the phenomenon of rope winding or knotting. 

 2. If the weight of hoisting material is larger than that of lifting machinery, it will lead to overload operation of motor. At this time, the current of the motor can be measured by ammeter. If the measured current is larger than the rated current, the operation should be stopped immediately and the crane with higher rated lifting weight should be replaced. 

 3.  When the oil level of reducer is low or the impurity of gear oil is excessive, the treatment methods are as follows: first, carefully check the oil level of reducer and meet the requirement of oil level of reducer; second, observe the oil quality on the gear, if the oil impurity is excessive, the gear oil should  be replaced in time. 

 4.  In addition to eliminating the above factors, we should also carefully check whether the reducer and motor are damaged.

 To achieve low-cost maintenance, we need to pay attention to a premise, that is, to pay attention to the daily maintenance and maintenance of vacuum stone lifters. If the suction cup meets the requirements in this respect, it is usually difficult to often have major failures and need to spend more maintenance costs. From this point of view, the correct and reasonable use of lifters has also become important. Generally speaking, a vacuum stone lifter operated by a teacher with many years of experience has a much lower probability and severity of failure than the lifter charged by a new pilot, and naturally has lower maintenance costs. When it comes to low-cost maintenance, one thing we should pay attention to is the actual service life of the lifter. Generally speaking, the fewer faults and less maintenance of the lifter, the longer the lifter can be used normally, and the lower the cost of the user in this respect.
