Vacuum stone lifter can not work properly without suction

Vacuum stone lifter is made of rubber material. Absorbing or dropping the workpiece will not cause any damage to the workpiece. In some industries, the requirement of workpiece surface is very strict, and vacuum lifter can only be used. However, if the vacuum lifter has no suction force, it can not absorb the workpiece for grinding. When this fault occurs, the power supply should be checked first, and the three-phase power supply voltage should be measured by universal ammeter. If the power supply voltage is normal, then the fuse should be checked whether there is fuse phenomenon. Common faults are fuse breaking, disconnection of circuit makes vacuum suction cup non-suction. Fuse is due to short circuit of rectifier, which makes secondary coil of rectifier transformer flow through a large short circuit current, resulting in fuse.           
 In addition, if the output no-load voltage of the rectifier is normal, and the output voltage drop is not large after the suction cup is connected, the vacuum suction cup has no suction, and the undercurrent relay unit acts, it indicates that the short circuit of the magnetic coil of the suction cup or the bad contact of the pin or the breaking of the circuit are caused. The fault may also be caused by the disconnection of the coil of the undercurrent relay. When dealing with faults, the voltage of each point can be measured by universal ammeter, the faulty components can be checked, replaced or repaired, and the faults can be eliminated. Stone suction cup without suction will cause the suction cup can not work properly, so it is necessary to understand the reasons for its lack of suction.

Many stone factories need to transport stone materials to designated warehouses after the production of stone materials. Moreover, employees are easily tired when they move for too long, which leads to many accidents. The emergence of vacuum stone lifter makes it no longer necessary for staff to carry. After the production of stone, only vacuum lifter is needed to absorb and transport to the designated warehouse. Moreover, the vacuum lifter can stably and safely transport in absorbing stone materials. The use of vacuum lifter in stone factories has accelerated the transport efficiency, increased the effective competition of enterprises to the market, and the popularization of automation has brought convenience to industry and life. It can be seen from the fact that vacuum lifter is indispensable to the use of vacuum lifter in stone factories. It is already the main vacuum element in automation equipment.           
Correct operation method for vacuum stone lifter:           
 1.  Connect the power supply.           

 2.  Place the substrate to be coated flat on the coating base and turn on the vacuum pump switch to the adsorption position. At this time, the coating substrate is absorbed on the coating base.            

 3.  Place the transverse push rod on the fixed rod on both sides of the coating base.           

 4. Select the appropriate coating length and press the reset button so that the horizontal push rod reaches the starting position of the coating.            

 5.  Place the wet film preparer in front of the horizontal push rod.            

 6.  Choose appropriate coating speed.            

 7.  Place a suitable amount of coating directly in front of the wet film preparer.           

 8.  Press the start button and start coating.             

 9.  After the coating stops, scrape the remaining paint into the waste collection tray. 

10. Turn off the vacuum pump and take off the prepared sample for the next operation.
