 Do a good job of suction cup insulation. In winter, the water temperature of electric suction cup rises slowly, especially the water temperature is lower. In order to ensure the reliable work of magnetic suction cup, reduce fuel consumption and mechanical wear, it is necessary to do a good job of thermal insulation. Generally speaking, cloth curtain can be added in front of suction cup water tank to shield water tank, reduce heat loss, maintain suction cup temperature and prevent temperature from being too low. Clean up the scale in the suction cup water jacket and check and maintain the water release switch. Clean the suction cup water jacket, remove the internal scale, prevent excessive scale accumulation, influence the heat dissipation of the suction cup and make the machine temperature too high. At the same time, maintain the water release switch. Those who are blocked, poor performance or damaged by the scale should be repaired or replaced according to the specific situation. Never use bolts or rags instead, otherwise it is easy to affect the water release and  freeze. Crash accident. Check the working condition of water-cooled electric lifter thermostat. Ensure that the thermostat works well, prevent the suction cup water temperature from too low or too high, so as to reduce the wear and tear of the machine parts. The internal machine often operates at low temperature, which will cause the wear of parts to increase exponentially. In order to ensure the rapid heating of stone suction cups in winter, the method of removing the thermostat can be adopted, but before the arrival of summer, it must be reinstalled.           
 The vacuum stone lifter has many defects that can not be covered after processing. Therefore, the pattern and tone of stone surface is an important index to evaluate the quality of stone. If the vacuum stone lifter processing technology and technology are not up to standard, the finished products will appear warping, depression, color spots, stains, lack of edges, cracks, color lines, pits and other phenomena, such stone is certainly not a top-grade.
