For example, in the process of using, we must do a good job of cleaning and cleaning parts, cleaning work includes: removing residual casting sand, rust, etc., especially  some important parts, the inner cavity should be coated with anti-rust paint. Oil contamination and rust on parts can be cleaned with diesel oil and kerosene  as washing liquid, and then dried with compressed air. The assembly of wheels should be in the same plane as the center line of the axle. Parallel to each  other. When the stone vacuum lifter is clear, it is necessary to check whether the raceway and rolling body are rusted and whether the rotation is flexible. When assembling bearings, a layer of lubricating oil should be coated on the surface of the fittings. When assembling, if the pressure difference is too large, the assembly should be stopped for inspection. When assembling the bearing, the non-model end should be inward, shoulder-side direction, the magnitude, direction and position of the force applied when assembling the bearing should be appropriate. The rolling body of the raceway should not be stressed. It should be struck symmetrically and evenly, and not be slammed so as to ensure that the end face is perpendicular to the shaft. Prevent installation tilt.
