Deep Analysis of Vacuum glass lifters
 Vacuum suction cup is one of the actuators of vacuum equipment. The material of suction cup is made of NBR, which has great breaking force. Therefore, it is widely used in various vacuum suction equipment, such as construction, paper industry, printing and glass industry, to realize the task of sucking and transporting thin and light articles such as glass and paper.            

 Vacuum glass lifters, also known as vacuum hanger, is generally the cheapest way to grab products with vacuum. Vacuum chucks made of a variety of rubber can be operated at high temperatures. The chucks made of silicone rubber are very suitable for holding on to the chucks made of polyurethane with rough surfaces, but they are durable. In addition, if oil resistance of glass lifters is required in actual production, polyurethane, nitrile butadiene rubber or polymer containing vinyl group can be used to manufacture glass lifters. Usually in order to avoid scratches on the surface of the product, it is better to choose a suction cup with bellows made of NBR or silicone rubber. Firstly, vacuum suction cup is connected with vacuum equipment such as vacuum generator through nozzle, then suction with vacuum equipment to be lifted, such as glass, paper and so on, to generate negative pressure in the suction cup, so that the lifted object can be sucked firmly and then the lifted object can be moved. When the lifts are moved to the destination, they are inflated smoothly into the vacuum suction cup so that the vacuum suction cup can be changed from negative pressure to zero pressure or slightly positive pressure, and the vacuum suction cup can be separated from the lifts, thus completing the task of lifting and carrying heavy objects.            

 1.  Vulnerability. As it is usually made of rubber, the wear and tear of the objects in direct contact is very serious, so the wear and tear is very fast. It is a pneumatic fragile part. It is because of this that it stands out so prominently from the focus of many pneumatic components.            

 2.  Easy to use. No matter what material is sucked, it can be used as long as it can be sealed and not leak. Electromagnetic chucks can't be used only for plates or objects of other materials on steel.             

 3.  No pollution. Vacuum suction cups are particularly environmentally friendly and do not pollute the environment without light, thermoelectric and electromagnetic generation.            

 4.  Do not injure the workpiece. Vacuum glass lifters are made of rubber material to absorb or lay down the workpiece without causing any damage to the workpiece. However, hook-type and cable-type hangers are not feasible. In some industries, the surface requirements of workpieces are particularly stringent. They can only use vacuum glass lifterd.
