​Working Principle and Advantage of Power Vacuum glass lifter

The power vacuum suction cup is powered by vacuum pump, and imported vacuum pressure switch is selected, which can automatically compensate the pressure and suction is more reliable. The plate with 13*3 meters suction and lifting weight is 1000 kilograms and 22 glass lifter heads are equipped with cut-off valves for each glass lifter head. Some glass lifter heads can be closed according to need. The plates with different sizes can be sucked and lifted. According to customers' requirements, power glass lifters of various specifications can be sucked and lifted with a weight of 5000kg or less. The advantages of power vacuum glass lifter are as follows:           
 (1)  It can adjust the vacuum needed in practical work. It can set and display the vacuum (negative pressure) value at that time through the integrated digital liquid crystal panel.

 (5)  The core component is a miniature vacuum generator, so it inherits the advantages of miniature vacuum glass lifter, which is oil-free and pollution-free, and can run continuously for 24 hours. It belongs to the genuine dry vacuum generator, so it does not need maintenance, lubricating oil and vacuum generator oil are not needed.

 1.  If the flow state is equipped with solenoid valve type, the flow state should  be selected.           

 (1) Normally open type: vacuum occurs when solenoid valve is OFF.            

 (2)  Normally closed type: vacuum occurs when solenoid valve ON.            

 2.  Determining Vacuum Type            

 (1) When the adsorbent is heavy, the pressure type H adsorbent is iron plate and other heavy substances, the type H with less inhalation but high vacuum should be chosen.            

 (2) Ventilatory objects: When flow-type L-type adsorption corrugated cardboard boxes and other ventilated objects, the L-type with low vacuum but large inhalation volume should be selected.            

 3.  Selection of rated supply pressure            

 Select according to rated pressure. The supply air pressure is set according to the pressure when the air tyrant runs smoothly.
