​Cause Analysis of Human Collision in Vacuum glass lifter Operation

In the process of vacuum suction cup operation, squeezing and collision occasionally occur, so what is the reason for this situation?           
 (a)  The suspension oscillates and squeezes the collider during the operation of the vacuum glass lifter. The main reason is that the ventilator jaw crusher is due to the driver's improper operation, the speed of the mechanism changes too fast in operation, resulting in greater inertia of suspended objects. Second, due to the wrong command and unreasonable lifting route, the suspended object squeezes and collides with people in the violent swing.            

 (b) The hanging objects are unstable and fall and hit people. The reason is: first, the Beijing axial flow fan of impact crusher fails to take necessary safety measures to prevent the instability of heavy lifts due to improper placement of lifts. The second reason is that the field management of crane operation is not good.           

 (c) Extrusion and collision in the operation of commanding or overhauling mobile cranes, i.e. between the operating mechanism of vacuum glass lifter and the rotating mechanism as personnel, and by the extrusion and collision of vacuum glass lifter in operation. The reasons are as follows: first, the inappropriate position of the command operators;  second, the necessary safety measures are not taken in the overhaul operations.            

 (d)  Extrusion and collision during inspection tour or maintenance of bridge glass lifter. The test transformer of polyurethane foaming equipment, i.e. the  operator between the vacuum glass lifter and the building, is subjected to extrusion and collision of the vacuum glass lifter in operation. The main reasons are as follows: firstly, there is a lack of mutual connection between the inspectors or maintenance personnel and the drivers; secondly, there is no necessary safety protection measures in the overhaul operation.
 Vacuum glass lifter should be selected as the most suitable glass lifter quantity and size because of the different objects transported during the use. Two tons vacuum glass lifter weighs 2000 kg and has 8 glass lifter heads. It is not suitable for transporting small objects.            

 Vacuum chuck is the most suitable  for smooth, flat surface. They will quickly grasp and release. These vacuum glass lifters grasp the vertical surfaces well and expand their shape. Vacuum  glass lifters with wedge-shaped circles are better at lifting loads. Vacuum glass lifters without wedge-shaped circles can also lift loads.           
 Elliptical  vacuum glass lifters provide the best vacuum because of the larger surface  area. They provide vacuum force better than vacuum glass lifters for lifting  loads. They are designed to handle flat hard sheets such as wood, glass, cardboard boxes and composites.            

 The quality of the transferred object - determines the size and quantity of the vacuum glass lifter, the shape and surface state of the transferred object, the type of working environment (temperature) of the vacuum glass lifter, the material connection mode of the vacuum glass lifter, the vacuum glass lifter, joint, buffer connector, the height and buffer distance of the transferred object, etc.
 Vacuum suckers can be divided into the following categories according to their shapes: strip suckers, oval suckers, flat suckers, corrugated suckers and special  shaped suckers.            

 According to the working principle and structure of vacuum sucker, we can divide it into one  layer, two layers, three layers or more layers of vacuum sucker.           
 According to the way of thin airtight space, it can be divided into pneumatic vacuum sucker and manual vacuum sucker.
