Smooth, sealed surface is the most ideal grasping state for vacuum glass lifter, the bonding surface is more solid, and the grasping is more convenient. When the suction cup and the workpiece surface are in poor condition, the leakage phenomenon we often say will occur. There are usually two measures to remedy the leakage system:           

1.  Use high-performance vacuum generator to replenish the leaked gas in the shortest time. The disadvantage of this method is that there is still a large leakage in the system, and the energy consumption is high.           

2.  Reduce the diameter or diameter of glass lifter. The disadvantage of this method is that it can not reach the required vacuum level when the workpiece quality is large. Therefore, it is necessary to design a new type of suction cup with high adaptability for workpieces with rough surface and high quality.

 1.  Vulnerability to wear and tear. Because it is usually made of rubber and directly touches objects, it wears badly, so it wears quickly. It is a pneumatic fragile part. It is for this reason that it is so prominently highlighted from many pneumatic components.           
 2.  Easy to use. No matter what material the object is sucked into, it can be used as long as it can be sealed and air-tight. Electromagnetic glass lifter can not  be used, it can only be used in steel, other materials of plate or object can not be absorbed.           
 3.  No damage to the workpiece. Vacuum glass lifter is made of rubber material, so it will not cause any damage to the workpiece if the workpiece is sucked or put down. However, hook-type and cable-type hangers are not feasible. In some industries, the surface requirements of workpieces are particularly stringent, they can only use vacuum glass lifters.           
 4.  No pollution. Vacuum suction cups are particularly environmentally friendly, and do not pollute the environment. There is no light, heat, electromagnetic and other generated.
