Reasons and Solutions for Sensitivity Decrease of Vacuum sucker Pressure Switch

The sensitivity of vacuum sucker pressure switch decreases from time to time in the working process, which not only affects the working process but also affects the efficiency.            

Reason:           
 1.  Improper adjustment of screw and ejector             
 2.  Steel balls are not round           
 3.  Inflexible movement of spool           
 4.  Poor assembly and inflexible movement           
 5.  Too long contact distance of micro-switch           
 6.  Improper installation, such as uneven and inclined installation           
 7.  Too much friction at the pin of the ejector rod           
 8.  Excessive friction between steel ball and plunger

 Vacuum sucker can easily realize the function of work piece's holding, detaching and transferring without damaging its moving object, so it is widely used in automatic operation lines such as packaging, object transferring and mechanical assembly. For the selection of vacuum suction cup, we should first understand the meaning of letters and numbers on its nameplate. Understanding the meaning of letters and numbers is helpful for us to choose a suitable vacuum suction cup.           
 H:  High vacuum           
 L:  Low vacuum           
 S:  Represents compressed air pressure           
 CK:  Indicates a set value adjustable with a detection switch           
 C:  Indicates an unadjustable band-check switch.
 Vacuum suction cup and vacuum pump are both vacuum hoisting equipment. In order to achieve maximum efficiency in the use process, it is suggested to add some auxiliary equipment for appropriate assistance. When vacuum suction cup is used, it is suggested to install a vacuum valve between suction cup and suction container in order to control gas flow. For vacuum pumps, it is recommended to  install a vent valve (or solenoid valve) to vent the pump when it stops, which  can prevent oil return and start easily.            
 The  environment in which the vacuum sucker is equipped with accessory equipment:            

 1. When the  exhausted air or gas contains dust, filters must be installed on the intake pipe.            

 2. When the exhausted gas contains a large amount of steam, a condenser must be installed before the intake pipe.            

 3.  When extracting corrosive gases, neutralization must be carried out before entering the pump.            

 4.  The temperature of the exhausted gas or air exceeds 35 C. Before entering the  pump, it must pass through the cooling device to ensure that its temperature does not exceed 35 C.            

 5.  When the exhausted gas or air contains a large amount of liquid, a separator must be installed before the suction cup's intake pipe.            

 6.  The starting current of vacuum sucker is often several times higher than the rated current of motor. Starting switch must be used.
