Assembly of vacuum glass lifter and matters needing attention
 Mechanical vacuum clamp and vacuum glass lifter. The operation components of standardization module include: short stroke cylinder, glass lifter rotating mechanism, folding shaft and glass lifter replacement device.            

 Connectors and appropriate compensating components can be used when connecting various vacuum glass lifters. A very compact vacuum suction solution can be assembled using integrated vacuum suction devices. When absorbing uneven surface or surface workpiece of arbitrary shape, the axle balancing suction head ensures that the suction head can fit perfectly on the surface of the sucked workpiece, thus obtaining the maximum suction power.

 With proper fastening components, angle pads and locking devices, compressed air distributors and connectors, vacuum clamping and vacuum glass lifters can be assembled effortlessly on the clamp table. Standardized folding axle and suction head replacement mechanism also greatly facilitate these assembly work.

 The use of vacuum glass lifter itself has a certain danger, in the use process, we should also pay attention to the non-construction personnel better stay away from the construction site, and also do the following related matters.            

 1.  Overload use is strictly prohibited. Unmarked vacuum glass lifters shall not be used without confirmation. The parts on the assembly parts of glass lifters are inspected periodically according to the requirements of the assembly parts.            

 2.  Hammer should not be used to correct distorted glass lifters. No throwing of glass lifters. Do not pull or roll the weight under the sling.            

 3.  Lifting chains should be straightened out before starting, and the use of twisting and knotting should be strictly prohibited. Trial operation to check  whether the transmission is smooth and whether the sprocket and the lifting chain coincide correctly. Before lifting heavy objects, it is necessary to check whether the upper and lower hooks are fastened, and the wrong operation of lifting heavy objects at the tip of the hook is strictly prohibited.           

 4. When lifting, it is strictly  forbidden for people to do any work or walk under heavy objects in order to avoid personal injury. When lifting or lowering heavy objects, it is absolutely not allowed to exceed the limit position. It is strictly forbidden to pull heavy objects obliquely.            

 5.  It is strictly forbidden to use overload, stop immediately when abnormal happens, find out the reasons, and continue to use after troubleshooting. Vacuum glass lifter can not be disassembled at will. If parts need to be replaced or normal maintenance, it must be carried out under the responsibility or guidance of professionals. It can be used only after passing the test.            

 6.  Vacuum glass lifters must be carefully maintained and maintained. Striking and collision are strictly prohibited in transportation, professional use places and use process. After use, the dirt of the vacuum glass lifter should be cleaned up and stored in a dry place to prevent dampness, rust and corrosion.
