Inspection of Safety Protectors When Using Vacuum glass lifters

 Vacuum glass lifters need to do a good job of safety protection measures when they are in use. Safety testing should be done before operating equipment.            

 Commonly used safety guards must be carefully checked and tested. Are there any debris in the safety net, damaged by falling objects or damaged by lifting objects? Whether the safety helmet has cracks after being hit by an object, etc. Inspection of safety guards is often carried out as required.            

 The inspection of personal protective equipment must also pay attention to:            

  1.  Whether the product has the product produced by the "production  license" unit or not;            

  2.  Does the product have a Certificate of Product Qualification?            

  3.  Whether the product meets the relevant quality requirements of the product;            

  4. Does the specifications and technical performance of the product conform to the protection requirements of the operation?            

 Safety helmet: 3 kg weight steel ball, from 5 m height vertical free fall impact is not destroyed, the test using wood to make a semi-circular human head model, the test safety helmet buffer elastic belt is tied on the model. This method can be used in safety helmet test made of various materials. The inspection cycle is once a year.           
 Seatbelt: The state stipulates that the factory test is to take a 120 kg load object and impact the seatbelt from 2 to 2.8 m elevated. All parts are qualified without damage. According to the actual situation, the construction unit may adopt some feasible measures according to local conditions under the condition of meeting the test load weight standard. Some construction units often use gunny bags filled with wood chips, shavings and other fillers, plus iron blocks to achieve the test load weight standard. The dynamic and static load tests were carried  out on a special experimental rack. The ultimate tension indexes of nylon seat belt fittings are: belt 1200-1500kg, belt 700-1000kg, safety rope 1500kg, hook ring 1200 kg, fixed clip 60 kg, leg belt 700 kg. The load test requirement of safety belt is that the construction unit should carry out static load test regularly for safety belt. The test load is 225 kg, hanging for 5 minutes, checking whether the deformation, rupture and other conditions, and make a good record. Seatbelt inspection cycle is: before each use of seatbelt, it must be carefully checked. Two years after the new seat belt was used, the old seat belt was sampled every six months. It should be noted that all safety protective devices that have been tested are not allowed to be reused.

Vacuum pump is the key component of vacuum glass lifter. If the maintenance of vacuum pump is neglected, it will have a great impact on the efficiency of vacuum glass lifter. Therefore, it is very important to do a good job in the maintenance of vacuum pump.            

 1.  Check the loosening of vacuum pump pipeline and joint. Turn the vacuum pump by hand to see if it is flexible.            

 2.  Add bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body, observe the oil level should be at the center line of the oil mark, and the lubricating oil should be replaced or supplemented in time.            

 3.  Turn down the diversion bolt of the pump body of the vacuum pump and pour the diversion water or slurry.            

 4.  Close the gate valve and outlet pressure gauge and import vacuum gauge of the outlet pipeline.            

 5.  Point the motor to see if the motor steering is correct.            

 6.  Turn on the motor. When the vacuum pump is in normal operation, open the outlet pressure gauge and the import vacuum pump. After it shows the appropriate pressure, gradually open the gate valve and check the load of the motor.           

 7.  Controlling the flow rate and head of the vacuum pump as far as possible within the range indicated on the label to ensure the operation of the vacuum pump at the most efficient point, the vacuum glass lifter can achieve the greatest energy-saving effect.
