What are the applications of vacuum glass lifters?
 Vacuum glass lifter plays a very important role in modern industry. For example, there are more and more cases of using vacuum glass lifter to grasp objects in automatic operation lines such as product packaging, object transmission and mechanical assembly. Vacuum chuck is used for installation orientation when working in two different positions. When the glass lifter is installed horizontally, besides holding the workpiece load, the influence of the inertia force of the workpiece on the suction should also be considered when the glass lifter moves. When the glass lifter is installed vertically, the suction force of the glass lifter is closely related to the friction force between the glass lifter and the workpiece.            

Soft and flexible glass lifter can easily realize such transport functions as workpiece  absorption, detachment and transmission, and ensure that the object of its function is not damaged. The suction force is maintained by the vacuum system. The vacuum generation can be provided by the vacuum system composed of motor, vacuum pump and various vacuum devices, or by the secondary vacuum generated by compressed air through the vacuum generator. The former needs to be equipped with an independent vacuum system, while the latter can utilize the existing air compression system in the general production process. Therefore, especially  in the process of various packaging operations, the use of secondary vacuum method is very convenient and economical.            

 The  principle of the vacuum generator is that after the compressed air passes through the contracted nozzle, the high-speed airflow ejected from the nozzle sucks the stationary fluid around the nozzle and flows forward together with it, thus forming a negative pressure in the receiving chamber and inducing a secondary vacuum. Such a vacuum system, especially for the working conditions without large flow of vacuum, shows its superiority. Using the combination of vacuum generator and vacuum glass lifter to grasp the object, the transfer of any angle can be realized according to the different shape of the object. Following is a dynamic analysis of the force acting on the vacuum chuck from two special positions, horizontal and vertical.

 The principle of vacuum glass lifter is similar amplification or reduction design, and the theoretical basis for determining the physical and serialized product performance through model test. In order to have the same performance between the model vacuum glass lifter and the real vacuum glass lifter after enlargement or reduction, it is necessary to ensure that the geometry, motion and dynamics of the spring hanger are similar between the two vacuum glass lifters.            

 (1)  Geometric similarity refers to the similarity of the shape of the runner and  the circular circle of the two vacuum glass lifters and the proportionality of the linear dimensions of the corresponding points, and the corresponding angles are equal.            

 (2)  Kinematic similarity refers to the similarity of liquid flow shape in two vacuum glass lifters, the velocity of corresponding points is proportional and the direction is the same.            

 (3)  Dynamic similarity refers to the force of the same nature acting on the corresponding points of the fluid flow in the working wheel of the two vacuum glass lifters, and the direction of each force is the same and the size is proportional.

 No matter how complex the vacuum glass lifter system is, it is a typical circuit consisting of one or several vacuum glass lifter elements, which can complete a specific single function. It is a constituent unit of the vacuum glass lifter system. The basic circuit of vacuum glass lifter can be divided into three  kinds according to its function: pressure control circuit, direction control circuit and speed control circuit.            

 A  kind of basic circuit can be divided into several circuits with different functions. The performance of the circuit which achieves the same function is different due to the different combinations of the selected components. To master the composition, characteristics and application of the basic circuit of vacuum glass lifter is the basis of vacuum glass lifter system of complex construction machinery.
