The guide groove makes the resistance of glass increase  during the lifting process, the load of motor increases, and the current of  motor increases. If the current exceeds the protective current of power switch, the switch of electric glass lifter will turn off the power supply and prevent  the motor from overflowing and losing. Bad.            

 When the motor works normally and the elevator does not work, it may be caused by wire rope disconnection, sliding  bracket disconnection and transmission wire clamp rotation in the sliding  bracket. If the faults caused by the disconnection of tied wire rope or sliding  bracket are caused by the disconnection of tied wire rope or sliding bracket, the wire rope or sliding bracket should be replaced, and if the rotation of the wire clip causes the re-riveting of the wire clip.           
 When the electric glass elevator has abnormal noise in the process of lifting, one may be the abnormal noise of the guide rail of the glass elevator, at this time only need to clean the guide rail and smear some lubricant; the other is the failure of the glass elevator parts, which need to replace the electric glass elevator assembly.
