1st, Pls check whether the motor is burned out if the voltage is normal, if so, need to repair since after long time for no use and poor maintenance, the end cover and brake wheel rust and die, so brake wheel is unavailable and motor makes a strange noise but unworkable when the brake is started, in this case, Brake wheel should be removed, Surface should be cleaned, then try again. Besides, Motor does not rotate if problem happens, Stop using, repair or replace of motor immediately.
 2nd. Pls check whether the power supply is insufficient or not. power supply system for wire rope Light Duty Electric Hoist control box power transmission need to be checked and tested by a test pencil normally.
 3rd. Pls check whether Overloaded, general cargo Overloading will Burn out motor badly. Pls stop overloading immediately and reduce weight to make the hoist work under rated load.
 4th. Pls check whether Voltage is abnormal or not, when the voltage is 10 %+ lower than rated, the starting torque of the motor is too small to lift the goods, and electric wirerope hoist doesn’t work.
 5th. Pls check whether control box, control circuit is in good condition, the motor cannot be electrified if circuit disconnection or poor contact of electrical appliances and control button, pls repair them if it happen. So as to prevent main and control loop from being sent to power supply failure phase of 3 phase motor to be burnt out or sudden motor operation, Disconnect hoist motor from power supply line must be ensured, only the main and control loops are sent. Start and stop switch in the control button, operation of the electric appliance and the circuit need to be checked and analyzed. For appliances or line with problems must be repaired or replaced.
