 Before using the mechanical jack, check whether the jack is normal and whether the parts are flexible. If not, add lubricating oil. Secondly, correctly estimate the weight of the weight, choose the right jack tonnage, avoid overload. Third, adjust the support mode on the rocker. Firstly, rotate the rocker clockwise with your hand, so that the lifting sleeve can quickly lift the weight at the top. Insert the handle into the rocker hole and move the handle up and down. When a red warning line appears on the lifting sleeve, stop the handle immediately. If the supporting teeth turn in the opposite direction, the weight will begin to fall.     
 Attention should be paid to the details of mechanical jacks:

 Keep the surface of the body clean regularly, check the internal structure regularly, make the pinion in rocker flexible and reliable, and lift sleeve freely.

 The friction surface between the lifting sleeve and the shell must be oiled at any time, and other oil injection holes should be oiled and lubricated regularly.

 In order to take into account the safety in use, do not overload, work with disease, not to use more than one, in order to avoid danger.

 Although the mechanical jack is more laborious, but its strength is able to look at it and dominate. Compared with cemented carbide, the tensile strength of steel is only common cemented carbide, but its hardness is cemented carbide. In this way, the common die has more advantages than the hard die.  The use of self-made dies has the following obvious advantages. The necessary maintenance of dies in the use process is very important for the service life of products and the surface quality of wire rods. It is usually recommended that customers maintain the jacks manufactured only once. The change of die aperture is small, and the change rate of wire diameter drawn is also small. For the whole production process, the operation process is relatively stable, the ratio of input to output is large, then it means that the quality of the hand Jack is good, the quality is good, it means that it takes a long time, as long as it is not deliberately damaged, the life will not be short.

 When we use jacks, we must pay attention to the ground conditions, and we should try to choose the suitable ground for the fixed jacks to operate.

 If the car is on a soft ground, and we can't find a firm and smooth pavement fixed  jack, then we can put large and hard support under the jack, such as wood, floor tile, iron plate, etc., to help the jack fixed on the ground.

 Before lifting the car with a jack, we should fix it well so as to avoid unstable lifting and injuring people.

 If the car is in neutral gear, it is equivalent to braking only by hand brake, while the brake of hand brake is only for the rear wheel. If one of the rear wheels needs to be replaced, then the jack lifts the vehicle, which means that only the other rear wheel has braking force, so it is difficult to ensure that the car is fixed properly; if the gear is mounted, the car will be braked by the engine, even if one wheel is off the ground, the other three wheels will have braking force, so the operation is obvious. More secure.
