How to use the screw jack correctly after selecting the proper screw jack?
 First, before using, it is necessary to check whether the jack is normal and add lubricating oil.            

 Second, the weight of the object must be estimated before lifting, and overloading is strictly prohibited.            

 Thirdly, the center of gravity of the object must be determined, the focus of the jack should be selected, and the jack should be placed smoothly. In case of soft ground, the hard square timber should be padded in order to prevent skew and dumping when lifting.             

 Fourthly, when several jacks are used together, the lifting speed should  be kept in synchronization, and the load of each jack should be balanced, otherwise the danger of dumping will arise.            

 Fifthly, when in use, push the tooth to the ascending position and press the handle in the direction of the arrow shown by the shell. When the sleeve rises to the red warning line, stop pressing the handle immediately. Push the spanner in the opposite direction to the descending position and press the handle as follows.            

 Sixth, sharp vibration should be avoided in use.            

 Seventh, clean the screw and Jack after work. And return to the warehouse in time.            

 Eighth, Jack storage should be vertical down.            

 When using spiral jack, besides the matters needing attention of rack jack, the following safety matters needing attention should be observed:            

 (1)  Before lifting weights, pay attention to the position of the jack, so as to  keep it vertical, in order to prevent screw deflection and bending and accidents caused by it.            

 (2)  When jacking, the handle should be shaken with uniform force to avoid accidents and damage to the jack caused by upstream and downward impact.            

 (3)  When using, attention should be paid not to exceed the maximum allowable top weight capacity to prevent accidents caused by overload.            

 (4)  When using, the jacking height should not exceed the mark line on the sleeve or piston. For the jack without the mark line, the jacking height should not exceed 3/4 of the total height of the screw thread or the oil plug, so as to avoid jacking the jack or the piston off, causing damage to the jack and causing accidents.            

 (5)  Before loosening the jack and landing heavy objects, it is necessary to check in advance whether the weight has been firmly supported, and then slow down to ensure safety.            

 (6) During use and storage, butter lubrication should be used to prevent excessive wear and  tear and reduce service life.            

 Rotary jack is designed by mechanical principle. It has no oil in itself. It is easy to operate and will not cause oil leakage.            

 The screw Jack mainly consists of the main frame, the base, a pair of large and small bevel gears, screw, nut, lifting sleeve, thrust bearing, ratchet set cross arm pull foot and so on.             

 The screw jack adopts the mechanical principle, and then pulls the  handle to and fro, pulls the claw to promote the ratchet clearance rotation, and the small bevel gear drives the big bevel gear and makes the lifting screw rotate, so that the lifting sleeve can be lifted or lowered and the lifting pulling force can be achieved.
