 The installation location of the equipment will have a significant impact on the stability of the equipment operation. In the process of site selection, the following principles should be followed:

 (1) Regional environment. It is necessary to ensure that the installation area of the equipment has sufficient strength, among which the most basic content is the hardness of the foundation in the area and the compression resistance of the soil, so as to prevent subsidence and settlement during the operation of the equipment.

 (2) Installation location. Due to a large number of electrical facilities in the system, electromagnetic waves will have a great impact on the accuracy of the system, so the site selection needs to ensure that there is no large interference sources such as TV stations and communication base stations in the surrounding area.

 (3) Transmission lines. Due to the fact that high-voltage transmission lines also generate electromagnetic fields during operation, which will have a negative impact on the accuracy of the system, it is necessary to avoid such lines in site selection. When it is impossible to avoid such lines, the corresponding electromagnetic shielding device should be set.

 (4) Power supply of the system. In order to ensure the stable operation of the system, it is necessary to set up independent power supply facilities and strictly guarantee the independence of power supply lines and high-power electrical distribution lines.

 (5) Installation site. For the installation site, it is necessary to ensure the spaciousness of the site in construction and application. In addition, in order to reduce the impact of vehicles on the system, it is necessary to construct a straight access road in the application process of the site. The width of the access road is basically the same as the scale.

 (6) System protection. For floor scale, due to more sophisticated equipment, the system needs to be equipped with protective facilities. The principle is that for areas with relatively humid climate, the system should not be built in the foundation pit. For areas with larger wind and sand, sand prevention work should be done.

 (7) Wind direction. In the application process of floor scale, the wind will also affect the accuracy of the system to a certain extent, so in the process of site selection, the installation location should be selected based on the wind direction.

 (8) Another factor that affects the installation position of the floor scale is the number of cars to be weighed every day. If there are many cars to be weighed every day, the parking area should be prepared.
