​Floor scale use

With the rapid development of China's economy and the increasingly frequent trade transactions, electronic weighbridge, as a weighing and measuring equipment, as the characteristics of convenient and reliable use, fast weighing speed and accurate measurement, and has been more and more applied in trade settlement in all walks of life. How to use electronic floor scale correctly and how to maintain it is very important.

 Composition and working principle of electronic floor scale

 A good understanding of the composition and working principle of the electronic scale is an important prerequisite for the correct use and maintenance of the electronic scale. The electronic scale is mainly composed of three parts: scale platform, sensor and weighing display. According to the different needs of users can be optional with various external equipment, such as voltage regulator, large screen display, printer, computer and weighing management software. Usually classified as follows:

 (1)  according to the form of weighing table: steel structure table and concrete table;

 (2)  according to the output signal of the sensor: analog and digital floor scale;

 (3)  according to the form of foundation pit: no foundation pit and shallow foundation pit;

 (4) by weighing method: dynamic weighing and static weighing;

 (5)  according to explosion-proof environment requirements: non-explosion-proof and explosion-proof.

 The working principles of the two commonly used electronic floor scales are briefly described as follows:

 Correct and reasonable use of electronic floor scales is an important basis to ensure the normal operation of electronic floor scales. How to correctly use electronic floor scales mainly includes the following aspects:

 1.  The electronic weighing room shall be equipped with full-time weighing operator for operation.

 2.  The operators of the company shall undergo pre-job training, mainly in the following aspects:

 1)  learn relevant national metrological laws and regulations.

 2)  professional ethics training, so that operators love their own work, consciously perform their posts, to achieve the principle of fair, just and  accurate measurement, do not resort to fraud, favoritism, more can not accept food, accept bribes, damage the interests of the unit.

 3)  learn the basic knowledge of using electronic floor scales and maintenance methods.

 4)  learn the operation method and maintenance method of supporting equipment such as weighing display and printer

 5)  learn "three prevention" work: fire prevention (can use fire equipment, leave the pound room should be cut off all power); Anti-theft (close, lock doors and Windows, signal line is connected to remote control receiver); Lightning protection (check whether the grounding wire is in good condition and take all safety precautions, especially in lightning weather).
