​Maintenance of electronic floor scale

Regular maintenance of electronic floor scales is an important guarantee for the maximum possible extension of its service life. The methods for maintenance of electronic floor scales mainly include the following aspects:
 (1)  check whether the electronic floor scale is normal before use every day, and keep the floor scale table, bottom and surroundings clean and free of sundries.
 (2)  regularly inspect the limit clearance of the floor scale body and the sensor to see if it is normal. If it is found that the limit clearance is abnormal, it should be adjusted in time.
 (3)  regularly inspect the desiccant of the junction box and replace the desiccant when the desiccant is found to be damp.
 (4)  regularly inspect the electronic floor scale body connection parts and other mechanical parts are firm and good, otherwise it is necessary to timely tighten the loose mechanical parts.
 (5)  make regular inspections to check whether the grounding facilities such as the floor scale body, sensor and weighing display of the electronic floor scale are normal.
 (6)  during the rainy season, the electronic floor scale drainage system should be unblocked. If the sensor is soaked in water due to heavy rain, the sensor should be dried first to check whether the sensor impedance is normal; Second, check whether the junction box is filled with water. If the water is filled with an electric blower to blow the terminal board dry, the third check whether the cable connection is normal, and the power can only be energized after a comprehensive check.
 (7)  check the levelness of a single piece of foundation, check the height difference between the foundation plates with the level, keep the height and level of the electronic floor scale table in line with the requirements of installation design, otherwise, timely adjust to avoid the sinking and displacement of the floor scale table.
 (8)  make regular inspections to check whether the electric cable of the electronic floor scale is intact, to prevent small animals from biting the sensor cable and signal cable; Check whether the remote control receiver is connected in series for cheating, to prevent criminals from damaging the accuracy of measuring instruments.
 (9)  for the maintenance of instrument panel, body and keyboard, it is forbidden to clean the instrument with industrial solvent or spray the solvent directly onto the instrument, and wipe it with soft cloth and neutral detergent.
 (10)  do not use the floor scale platform as a ground wire, and do not conduct welding operations on the floor scale platform.
 (11)  before the verification of the electronic floor scale, conduct comprehensive maintenance on the body of the electronic floor scale and the connecting parts, and conduct anti-rust treatment on the floor scale body and table steel plate when necessary.
 (12)  in strict accordance with the relevant standard procedures, the electronic floor scale shall be verified periodically, and the verification period shall not exceed 1 year.
 (13)  the weighing room shall be equipped with fire fighting facilities.
