 1.1  problems of scale itself

 Weighing platform is an important component of electronic floor scale, which mainly plays an important role in carrying heavy objects.  1.2  sensor problem.

 The sensor is an important component between the base and the weighing platform. The main function of the sensor is to convert the weight of the cargo into the corresponding electrical signal. The sensor damage may be caused by the said goods being seriously overweight, or it may be caused by the said goods being deficient in quality. Once the sensor is damaged, there will be poor insulation performance, zero point drift or signal line loose, such as the fault.

 1.3  the testing technology is not up to standard, and the obtained test results have a large error.

At the same time, safe transportation of standard weights is also a very important and difficult problem. Safe transportation standard weight not only needs to bear high transportation costs but also virtually increases the cost input. It is necessary to ensure the rigor of standard weight transportation and try to avoid safety accidents caused by bumpy shift during transportation.

 When testing a scale, the closer the test weight is placed to the sensor, the better the support position.

 In addition, as there are many types of electronic floor scales on the market, different manufacturers will usually adopt different calibration procedures if there is a problem of biased load. For analog sensor electronic floor scale, deviation of partial load can usually be solved by using potentiometer. For digital sensors, the deviation can be directly corrected by the meter head.
