Main structure and use of electronic floor scales
 1.  The bearing

 (1)  weighing platform

 Weighing platform is generally made of metal materials, there are one, two, three and four section type. It has high strength and hardness, and has enough usable area.

 (2)  weighing bridge and connecting parts

 As the skeleton of the mesa, the scale bridge plays an irreplaceable role.

 (3)  limit device

 The horizontal limit device of electronic floor scale is a component which can eliminate other interferences and ensure the weighing result is stable and reliable. The anti-overload limit device of electronic floor scale is to protect the electronic floor scale so as to protect and extend its service life and prevent serious overload from damaging the electronic floor scale.

 2.  Weighing sensor

 At present, all electronic floor scales adopt the weighing sensor, especially the resistance strain weighing sensor. It is a kind of sensor with high accuracy, good stability, mature technology and easy manufacture, which is widely used at present.

 The weighing sensor of electronic scale adopts a certain number of cantilever beam type or double cantilever bridge type weighing sensors according to the size of the scale and the length of the table.

 In order to overcome the difference in output impedance and sensitivity of several weighing sensors, the weighing sensors are connected in full parallel, and adjustable precision resistors are installed in parallel at the output end of each weighing sensor accordingly, so as to ensure the accuracy and reliability of weighing results.

 3.  Measurement display system

 The measurement and display system of electronic scale is to amplify and process the output signal of the front weighing sensor, etc., and then through A/D converter, microprocessor and display, the mass value of the weighed item on the electronic scale is finally displayed in A digital form.

 Of course, electronic floor scales have other devices and printing devices and so on.

 1.  The department scale room of the electronic scale shall be equipped with full-time personnel to operate and hold a qualification certificate.

 2.  The scale personnel should be familiar with the relevant knowledge of the electronic scale and operate the electronic scale correctly.

 3.  Electronic floor scales should be used during the verification period.

 4.  Before using the electronic floor scale, it should start up to preheat it for about 30 minutes.

 5.  Carefully check whether the meter and parts of the electronic scale are in good condition, especially whether there are any sundries on the surface of the scale body.

 6.  The car should run straight on the electronic scale at a speed less than 5km/h and gently brake; The car should be parked as far as possible in the center of the scale of the electronic scale.

 7.  After the vehicle stabilizes, start to read the monitor and record or print.

 8.  It is strictly forbidden to overload the electronic floor scale.

 9.  When not in use after weighing, turn off the electronic floor scale and cut off the power.

10.  Clean the electronic scale regularly, especially the items scattered on the scale table.

11. If there is any fault with the electronic floor scale, it should stop using it immediately and report to professional personnel for repair. Only after verification can it continue to be used.
