How does electronic floor scale prevent lightning strike

 Thunder and lightning will cause strong changes in atmospheric electromagnetic fields, mainly manifested by three physical processes:

 1.  Electrostatic induction, that is, the change of ground atmospheric electrostatic field caused by lightning, causes the conductor near the flashing object to produce inductive charge, which forms a very high potential difference to the ground;

 2.  Electromagnetic induction, that is, the current in the lightning channel changes with time, forming a changing electromagnetic field in the space around it, and generating induced voltage and eddy current on the conductive object in the annex of the channel;

 3.  Electromagnetic radiation is formed by the rapid change of electric current in the lightning channel. Because electronic floor scale can only withstand low pressure, the above three physical processes caused by lightning are extremely destructive to it, especially electromagnetic induction. The more advanced microelectronic equipment, the smaller the power consumption, the more sensitive, the more destructive.

 Therefore, electronic floor scale to prevent lightning strike to do the following work:

 1.  Lightning rod should be set near the scale body to neutralize the charge in the cloud with the tip discharge effect, so that the electronic floor scale will not be damaged by lightning. The height of the lightning rod can be determined according to the length of the electronic floor scale.

 2.  The whole scale platform should be grounded. Connect the scale body with the grounding pile with one or more grounding cables.  3.  Each sensor shall have protective grounding. Therefore, a ground wire shall be set for each sensor position, and a ground pile shall be set between the sensor and the "ground".The ground wire shall be reliably connected with the ground pile or connected with the nearest anchor bolt. However, the anchor bolts must be connected with the grounding grid of reinforcement in the foundation.

 The power source used by the meter should be grounded separately, and it is strictly prohibited to share the ground with other equipment. Ground resistance ≤4W

 1.  When the meter is powered on, it is strictly forbidden to unplug the peripheral cable and sensor cable after the meter to prevent damage to the interface circuit.

 2,  Because the human body has static electricity, so do not touch the IC chip on the motherboard; Replace or spare motherboard should be stored in shielding bag.

 3,  The instrument should use lighting power, power should be stable, no interference on the same power supply equipment; It is strictly forbidden to draw 220V power supply from three-phase four-wire for instrument use

 Floor scale indication drift: whether the voltage is stable; whether the shielded ground of the N transformer and the power supply have independent grounding; whether the Y N instrument is grounded; whether the instrument is grounded (metal enclosure instrument). Clean and dry the N transmission cable with anhydrous alcohol. Whether the cable is damaged. Replace the cable.

 Whether the instrument is drifting use the simulator to check the input and output resistance of N sensor to check whether the terminal is reconnected and whether the resistance is normal after summarizing.
