 3. Current situation of domestic electronic floor scales

China's electronic floor scale technology originated from the sole proprietorship or joint venture enterprises in Japan and Taiwan. With the entry of some companies from the United States and Germany into the Chinese market, domestic enterprises have digested and absorbed the technology from these countries. Since 2000, domestic electronic floor scale manufacturing technology has developed rapidly. Electronic weighing technology has developed from static weighing to dynamic weighing, measurement methods have developed from analog measurement to digital measurement, measurement features have developed from single parameter measurement to multi-parameter measurement, especially the research on dynamic weighing has reached a high level.
But overall, compared with developed countries, there is still a big gap in the quality stability and process level of electronic floor scales in China. The main performance is backward technology equipment and testing instruments, lack of innovation ability, products focus on low and medium static floor scales, expansion function is not complete, long-term stability and reliability is poor, and so on.
At present, the technical equipment and testing methods widely used by domestic production enterprises are still at the level of the mid 1990s in developed countries.
