According to the analysis of the demand of new electronic floor scale products and international market in recent years, the development direction of electronic floor scale products tends to be miniaturization, modularization, intelligence, specialization and networking. In terms of technical performance, higher requirements are put forward for measurement speed, accuracy, stability and reliability. And the functional requirements of the product is not the more the better, suitable for the industry application requirements. (3)  intelligence: for some types and structures of electronic floor scales, such as electronic crane scale, human scale, etc., they can communicate with mobile phones and computers through bluetooth or WiFi. For example, if you install a software on your phone, you can communicate with the scale. When you open the app on your phone, the weight data of the scale will be transferred to the phone. At this time, you can know some data you want, such as health index, standard weight, overweight or underweight and so on.

(4)  specialization: some professional fields, such as the food industry, often need an automatic sorting device installed on the automatic packaging assembly line, in the continuous operation of the conveyor belt sorting out the weight of unqualified products, and the unqualified products from the assembly line automatic pop-up. Such a special application in the packaging industry of the sorting device, the whole process does not need manual intervention, thus greatly improve the production efficiency.
