 Electronic scale crane scale can reduce the operation link, speed up the measurement, save manpower, material resources, time, so that goods in the lifting, loading and unloading process to complete the measurement of electronic scale crane scale does not occupy the site, convenient and flexible use. In the process of electronic scale hook scale operation can make the measurement work continuous, and play the role of monitoring and control.  Electronic crane scale can not start?
 1.  Please make sure it is not caused by fuse, power switch, power cord and voltage switch. 

 2. Check whether the transformer has ac110/220 input and AC18V output. 

 3.  Please remove the battery and turn it on with AC power to find out whether it is caused by insufficient battery voltage. (measure the battery voltage to be higher than 6V, please charge if it is lower than that; if it is lower than 5.5v, please replace the battery if it is out of power soon after being fully charged).

 Electronic crane scale display bad?
 1.  Put the normal LCD connector in parallel with the maintenance scale LCD by hand, and then turn on the normal LCD to see whether there is the same bad situation, if not, it can be concluded that the LCD is bad. 

 2.  Check the CPU connector for oxidation, cold welding or short circuit. 

 3.  Whether there is oxidation, cold welding or short circuit of the connector and hole position of LCD. 

 4.  Check whether the circuit between CPU and LCD is broken.

 Electronic crane scale does not return to zero?
 1.  Check whether the output signal value of sensor is within the standard. 

 2. It  is not within the standard, please refer to item 10 for compensation. 

 3.  If it cannot be compensated, please check whether the sensor is defective. 

 4.  Please correct the weight according to the instruction manual.

 Is the electronic crane scale inaccurate?
 1.  Observe whether the internal code value is stable, whether there is friction at various parts of the sensor, whether the voltage regulator is stable, whether the operational amplifier circuit is normal, whether there is any foreign matter in the circuit version of A/D circuit, and whether the feedback resistance/capacitor/filter capacitor is defective or leakage. 

 2.  Check whether the output signal value of sensor is within the standard. 

 3.  If it is not in the standard, please refer to item 10 for compensation. 

 4.  Use weights to test whether the scale is even with all four legs. 

 5.  Please correct the weight according to the instruction manual.
