4, The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean. The brake part should be checked regularly to prevent the brake from failure and cause the weight fall.

5, The roller of the left and right bearing of the lifting sprocket of the pneumatic hoist can be attached to the bearing inner ring, which has been pressed on the neck of the lifting sprocket, and then loaded into the outer ring of the bearing of the wallboard.

6, When installing the brake device, We should pay attention to the good engagement of the ratchet slot and the pawl's claw, the spring's control of the pawl should be flexible and reliable. After loading the hand chain wheel, the hand chain wheel is rotated clockwise, the ratchet and the friction plate are pressed on the brake seat, the hand chain wheel is rotated against clockwise, and the ratchet wheel and the friction plate should be left empty.

7, For the convenience of maintenance and disassembly, one of the bracelet bars is open chain (not allowed to be welded).

8, In the process of use of pneumatic hoist, the friction surface of the brake device must be kept clean, and often check the brake to prevent the brake failure caused by the weight of the fall.
