Answer for VT Chain Blocks

For VT chain hoist:
 There is no relation for 0.5T and 1T, the hoist body is different.
 There is no relation for 1.5T and 2T, the hoist body is different.
 7.5T,10T and 15T are made of 5T hoist body (1 pcs), the difference is chain falls and hook frame.
 (5t--2 chain falls, 7.5t--3 chain falls, 10t--4 chain falls, 15t--6 chain falls)
 20T, 30T and 50T are made of 5T hoist body (2 pcs), the difference is chain falls and hook frame.
 (20t--8  chain falls, 30t--12 chain falls, 50t--20 chain falls)

There are two type of hooks for VT chain hoist
Default hook (as below), the small piece of the hooks swivel can moves very much

Optional hook (as below), small piece of the hooks (safety latch) can be made not to move 

Normally the default chain bag is PE as follows:
 1,  body and chain packed togeter in PE bag, then plywood case

2,  only body in PE bag, then carton

3,  body and chain packed togeter in PE bag, then carton.

Below Chain bag is for you optional for superior hoists (not default and need extra cost) 

There are several types of hand chain for chain block that leads price difference.
 In northern parts of china (such as Baoding), there are 4.8mm(standard, full 4.8mm, almost no negative tolerance, the actual is ≥ 4.75mm), 4.6mm, 4.2mm
 In southern parts of china (such as Hangzhou), there are 5mm(standard, full 5mm, almost no negative tolerance), 5.5mm
 So Baoding’s 4.8mm is not equal to Hangzhou’s 5mm, if you are very stict in chain size, pls inform us earlier that we will choose suitable chain for you to assemble in chain block.
