Answer for CD1／MD1 Electric Wire Rope Hoists

Remark:
 Standard falls for 0.5T,1T,2T,3T,5T of CD1 Electric Wire Rope Hoists and MD1 Electric Wire Rope Hoists is 2 ropes, rope guide is cast Iron (nylon is unavailable).
 For 0.5T,1T,2T,3T,5T, it is 2 ropes (or 2 falls), 1 rope guide.
 For 10T, it is 4 ropes, 2 rope guide.
 Normally we don’t call fall but rope.

For 5t CD1 Electric Wire Rope Hoists:
 hoist speed: 8m/min
 travel speed: 20m/min
 hoist motor details: 7.5 kw
 travel motor details: 0.5 kw
 hoist brake details: motor comes with brake
 travel brake details: motor comes with brake
 wire rope size:  14mm
 limit switches type and number: off the fire limit (lifting), weight limit, overload limit (need extra cost)
 panel and pendent details: Yu Ding brand, how many push buttons depends on the speed of your crane.

The Rope Guide (Guide rope- the  part along with rope drum) is breaking very easily, even  before the hoist is used for 1 day, what’s the solution?
 1, The buckle(clip), u type, which install too close to rope guide, it rub against the rope guide
 2, Tilt pulling
 3, The wire rope is connected to hook by drum, the connection joint is too loose
 pls install the rope guide according to the video clip (right way to install rope guide) and avoid avove conditions.
