 3.  Maintain proper start-up speed at start-up, not too fast. Pay attention to the voltage of the voltmeter. If the voltage is lower than the limit voltage, the forklift truck should stop running immediately. Attention should be paid to the driving system, whether the sound of the steering system is normal, if abnormal sound is found, the malfunction should be eliminated in time, and the operation with illness should be strictly prohibited.            

 4.  The pallet stacker truck should be able to start, steer, drive, brake and stop smoothly, and decelerate to normal on wet or smooth roads.           

 5.  When leaving the vehicle after use, drop the fork to the ground, disconnect the power supply and lock the vehicle.           
 Safety Operating Regulations            

 1.  The pallet stacker truck can be used only after checking before use.            

 2.  Operators are not allowed to drive overweight, super-high or super-speed, and are prohibited from braking or turning sharply.           

 3.  Vehicle safety devices must be complete and intact, the components are sensitive and effective, and the technical performance is good. Vehicle driving with illness is strictly prohibited.            

 4.  Maintain the standard driving state. When the fork is off the ground, the fork is 10-20 centimeters off the ground. When it stops, it falls to the ground. When it is running on a ramp, its weight should be reduced appropriately, and its speed should be reduced. On the downhill, the car is in front and the person is behind; on the uphill, the person is in front and the car is behind.           

 5.  If the electronic controller runs out of control during the driving of the pallet stacker truck, press the emergency stop to disconnect the total power supply in time.            

 6.  When handling, the load should not exceed the prescribed value. Forks should be inserted under the goods, and the goods should be evenly placed on the forks. No single fork-tip pick-up is allowed.            

 7.  Driving and upgrading shall not be carried out simultaneously.            

 8.  When driving, attention should be paid to pedestrians, obstacles and pitted roads; no people should stand on forks, no people should be allowed on vehicles, and the safety management regulations of 1m/3m should be strictly enforced.            

 9.  It is strictly forbidden for people to stand under or walk under the fork when stacking up. When stacking up, operators should wear safety hats, safety shoes and other personal protective equipment. Careful handling of goods of large size and not exceeding the maximum load of the stacking truck shall not be allowed.            

 10.  The stacking height should be carried out vertically, and the cargo balance and firmness should be maintained when stacking on slopes or pitted ground, and the braking and braking of the stacking brake should be guaranteed. Operators should keep the distance from the cargo.            

 11.  Don't charge the pallet stacker truck until the forklift truck can't move. This will shorten the battery life. The battery has high voltage and energy. Don't let the tool approach the battery poles to avoid sparks or short circuit.
