Operators' Requirements for Electric pallet stacker
 Operators of electric pallet stacker trucks must be trained and assessed by the process maintenance department and the safety production department at the same time before they can use pallet stacker trucks. After passing the assessment, they will be issued a work permit. Drivers must be clear about their rights, obligations and responsibilities, and be familiar with the contents of the operating instructions. The technicians of each stack of high-rise trucks shall not be used by non-users of this truck.           
 Operators of pallet stacker trucks must wear personal protective equipment, such as safety hats, safety shoes and so on. Operations are prohibited when personal  protective equipment is missing, and anyone has the right to call off operations when protective equipment is missing.            
 Operators are not allowed to change any parts of the stacking truck, especially the safety devices without permission. They are not allowed to change the driving speed and the lifting speed of the truck without permission.           
 Vehicle failure or defect must be immediately stopped and notified to process maintenance personnel, until the completion of repair or process and safety confirmation before use. For example, the stacking truck can not operate safely, wheels wear or brake failure.            

 Operating area and safety warning           
 1.  In addition to strictly observing the requirement of safe distance of 1m/3m, attention should be paid to dangerous areas.           
 Hazardous areas usually refer to the following areas: the danger to personnel when the stacking truck or its load lifting device (such as fork or accessories) is in operation or lifting action, or the area where the load is being transported. Usually this range extends to the area where the load or vehicle accessories land. An unauthorized person must ask him to leave the dangerous area. As long as there may be some kind of injury to the personnel, the driver must give warning. If the driver asks him to leave but has not left the dangerous area, he must immediately stop the heaping car.           
 2.  Safety devices,warning signs and warning precautions must be paid enough attention.            

 Keep in mind that the vehicle ahead may stop abruptly at any time, so keep a proper distance.           
 Passenger: It is strictly forbidden to carry or promote personnel.           
 Driving corridor and working area: This vehicle must be driven on the designated corridor, and driving in public places except special areas is prohibited. Non-relevant personnel must leave the work area and the goods should be stored in designated places.             

 Visibility: Operators must keep an eye on the direction of the vehicle  to ensure that the road ahead is clearly visible. When the line of sight is not clear, the speed should be reduced and the effective emergency brake should be ensured.
 In addition to checking employment after each use, in order to ensure the life and function of the machine parts, regular checking and maintenance of employment should also be carried out.           
 1.  When the operation of electric stacker truck is abnormal:           
 A.  When you encounter abnormalities, please consult with your supervisor or skilled staff and make repairs on your own to protect the safety of human and machine.           
 B.  For more focused maintenance or asylum items, please refer them to skilled or trained employees for focused forklift maintenance.
