Regular Inspection and Maintenance of Electric pallet stacker
 I.  Maintenance of Electric Pallet stacker Motor

 After the battery is used, it should be charged in time. The storage time of batteries in electric stack elevator generally does not exceed 24 hours. Keep good ventilation while charging, and prohibit fireworks.           
 2.  Rehabilitation          
 Daily maintenance: should be implemented once a day, the first text is to retain the body oral clean, the battery oral treatment clean, check whether the power cord is strong, whether the chain is loose or not normal.           
 Level 1 maintenance: once a week, besides the daily maintenance text, the text should focus on checking whether the employment situation of each component is normal, whether the fasteners are loose, whether the chain is suitable for tightening, whether the chain joint pin can bend and twist, whether the left and right movement of the internal and external portal frame is normal, whether the hydraulic joint can leak, whether the machine department. Does the door have abnormal wear and tear, and does the electrical department have abnormal temperature rise and sparks, etc. If abnormal signs of Electric pallet stacker are detected, real-time mediation and elimination should be carried out.             

 Secondary maintenance: It should be carried out as scheduled and all inspections should be carried out according to the conditions.
