Daily Maintenance Specification of Electric pallet stacker in Seasonal Change            

What are the daily maintenance rules for electric pallet stackers when the seasons change? How to use and maintain the electric pallet stacker is introduced in detail.           

 I.  Characteristics of High Temperature and Humidity           
 Under the conditions of high temperature and humidity, high temperature and hot weather will also have a great impact on the safe operation of drivers.           
 1.  Under high temperature, the engine's heat dissipation performance becomes worse and the temperature tends to be too high, which makes its power and economy worse.           

 2.  It is easy to cause "boiling" of water tank, blockage of fuel supply system, "liquid deficiency" of storage battery, failure of hydraulic brake due to expansion and deformation of leather bowl, explosion of tire pressure with the increase of external temperature, etc.            

 3.  Under high temperature and humidity conditions, the lubricating oil (grease) in all parts of the electric pallet stacker is easily thinned, and its lubrication performance is reduced, which results in worsening of parts under heavy load.            

 4.  Because of the high temperature and mosquito bites, drivers' sleep is affected, so mental fatigue and heatstroke are prone to occur in work, which is not conducive to work safety.            

 5.  Thunderstorm weather is more, because of road surface. There is water in the loading and unloading yard, which reduces the adhesion and makes it easy to slip sideways, thus affecting the safety of forklift trucks, personnel and cargo.            

 II.  Cautions for Driving Operation            
 1.  Before entering the summer vacation, make preparations in advance, set off the engine, drive axle, transmission, steering gear and other winter grease, after cleaning, add summer grease according to the regulations.            

 2.  Clean the water channel, clear the scales of the cooling system and dredge the radiator fins. Check the tightness of fan belt frequently.           

 3.  Properly adjust the generator regulator to reduce the charging current of the generator.            

 4. Attention should be paid to the prevention of engine overheating during operation, and to the indication reading of coolant thermometer at any time. If the coolant temperature is too high, cooling measures should be taken. To maintain the quantity of coolant, attention should be paid to prevent scald caused by boiling of coolant when adding.             

 5. To check the temperature and pressure of tyres frequently, stop in the shade when necessary, and continue to work until the temperature of tyres decreases. It is forbidden to reduce the pressure and temperature by venting or pouring cold water, so as to avoid reducing the service life of tyres.            

 6.  The braking efficiency should be inspected regularly to prevent the failure of braking caused by aging, expansion deformation and vaporization of braking fluid of braking master pump or sub-pump.           

 7.  Adjust the density of battery electrolyte, dredge the ventilation holes on the battery cover, keep the electrolyte 10-15mm higher than the partition board, and add distilled water as appropriate.            

 8.  Ensure adequate sleep and energy before work. If you feel mental fatigue, lethargy and slow reaction in your work, you should stop and rest immediately, or wipe your face with cold water to refresh yourself, so as to ensure the safety of driving and working.             

 9. Do a good job of heat prevention and cooling to prevent heatstroke.            

 The final inspection confirms that all parts are in good condition before they can be put into normal use.
