To buy electric pallet stacker, we should first recognize eight major categories of electric pallet stacker. Electric pallet stacker is divided into full electric pallet stacker and semi-electric pallet stacker, and then manual pallet stacker. At present, it is

basically all electric pallet stacker, saving time and high efficiency is one of its characteristics.            

The common classifications of electric pallet stackers are as follows:            

1.Fork-legged pallet stacker with bottom legs in front of it is suitable for loading, unloading and transshipment of goods with or without pallets under the national standard.           

Advantages: mature technology, the most common electric pallet stacker, economical and practical.            

Disadvantage: only suitable for one-sided pallet, double-sided pallet can not be used, chassis is low, require smooth working surface            

2.  The front and bottom legs of the wide-leg stacking truck should be wide. The inner width of the front and bottom legs is generally 550/680 mm. The wide-leg stacking truck can reach 1200/1500 mm. It can be loaded and unloaded with double

sided pallets (the length of the double-sided pallets is less than the inner width, which is limited to it).             

Advantages: The price is moderate, which can meet the requirements of double-sided pallets or some special goods.           

Disadvantage: large area, inconvenient turning and inconvenient operation compared with the ordinary fork-leg type.            

3.  Unlike forklift truck, legless weightless pallet stacker has no bottom legs in front of the truck, and weights are added after the truck is stacked. Forks can be properly tilted forward and backward to ensure the level after shoveling.        

Advantages: Wide application, similar to the traditional internal combustion forklift;            

Disadvantage: The whole vehicle is too heavy and too long, which requires a relatively high distance to the passage, and the price is high.            

4.  Forward-moving stacking truck is basically similar to the balanced-weight type. It has no front and bottom legs and weights. The difference is that the fork and portal frame of the truck can move forward and backward for a certain distance,

usually 550-650 mm. In this way, the length of the stacking truck can be shortened appropriately, the requirements of the passage can be alleviated to a certain extent, and the price of the balanced-weight stacking truck is similar.           

Advantages: Wide range of work and powerful functions            

Disadvantage: High price            

5.  The three-way stacking truck is also called a very narrow roadway truck. As its name implies, it can be used in stacking operation of ultra-small passages. ordinary electric pallet stackers generally need more than 2.3 meters of corridor space to

operate well, but the unique shape of this pallet stacker makes it still easy to control the corridor space of 1.5 meters, which shows that it has greatly improved the efficiency of warehouse use. Advantages: Powerful            

Disadvantage: It's slightly more difficult to operate, and the price is too expensive.           

6.  Electric side pallet stacker. The fork of the pallet stacker is installed on the side and loaded and unloaded on the side. It mainly solves the situation of small passageway. The general production mode of the truck is to install side shifting gear, but

the normal production mode is an integrated side shifting fork, which has a high price. Domestic products are generally more than 200,000, while imports are more expensive, requiring hundreds of thousands of dollars.            

Advantages: Suitable for narrow channels            

Disadvantages: expensive, bulky body, poor mobility            

7.  Electric pick-up truck is mainly used for high-level warehouse pick-up, and the weight of goods is low, generally less than 200 kg. The operation of the vehicle is to upgrade the control by standing on the fork lifting device. The requirement of

vehicle safety design is very high.            

Advantages: high lifting height, easy picking            

Disadvantage: The operation is complex, has certain technical difficulty, high price.            

8. Single-pole pallet stacker, that is to say, in the traditional form of gantry lifting, changes to single-pole lifting, so that the lifting speed is not restricted by parallel on both sides, stable and uniform speed, so as to make it rise and fall evenly. 

Advantages: Simple shape, simple operation, affordable price            

Disadvantage: Limited lifting height, weak load capacity
