Common Use Faults of Electric Pallet stacker
 1. The driving wheel speed of electric pallet stacker is obviously reduced or the driving motor is seriously overloaded.           
 Reasons: Battery voltage is too low or contact resistance of pile head is too large; carbon deposit between motor commutator leads to inter-chip short circuit; improper adjustment of motor brake causes motor brake operation; lack of  lubrication or base stuck in gear box and bearing of driving head; motor armature short circuit.           
 Solutions:checking the battery terminal voltage or cleaning the pile head when the stack truck is loaded; cleaning the commutator; adjusting the brake clearance; checking the cleaning and refilling the lubricant to remove the stuck phenomenon; replacing the new motor.           
 2. Lifting powerlessness or inability of electric pallet stacker           
 Reasons: excessive wear of gear pump and pump lift; inappropriate pressure of relief valve in reversing valve; oil leakage of hydraulic pipeline; excessive temperature of hydraulic oil; jamming of gantry sliding frame; low speed of oil pump motor.           
 Solutions: replace worn or gear pump; readjust; check and repair; replace unqualified hydraulic oil and check the cause of oil temperature rise; check and adjust; check motor and troubleshooting.           
 3. It is difficult to tilt the door frame of electric pallet stacker automatically or the movement is not smooth enough.           
 Reasons: excessive wear of inclined cylinder wall and seal ring; failure of stem spring in reversing valve; bending of piston sticking to cylinder wall or piston rod; excessive fouling in inclined cylinder or over-tightening of seals.           
 Solution: Replace O-ring or cylinder; Replace qualified spring; Replace damaged parts; Clean and adjust.           
 4. Insufficient pressure or slow speed of oil pump           
 Reasons: the seal ring in the groove of the pump cover is damaged and the leakage is excessive; the gear is worn out; the speed of the motor of the oil pump is reduced; the foreign matter is blocked in the pipeline.           
 Solution: Replacement; Replacement of oil pump; Check rectifier, remove carbon deposit between sheets, adjust the position of carbon brush; Check cleaning.           
 5. Abnormal operation of electrical appliances           
 Reasons: Damage or inappropriate position adjustment of micro-switch in electrical box; fuse of main circuit or control electric fuse; low battery voltage; bad contact  caused by contact burning or too much dirt; contacts do not move.           
 Solutions: Replace the micro switch, re-adjust the position; replace the same type of fuse; re-charge; repair contacts, adjust or replace contactors; check whether the contactor coil is open or replace contactors.
