Electric lifter truck is very suitable for indoor operation. At present, most electric lifter trucks on the market use batteries, in order to make them cheap. Users asked me, lifter battery capacity decline quickly what is the reason?           
 1.  Failure to install and use lifter battery in time after it leaves the factory will result in long-term storage, which will inevitably lead to self-discharge which will lead to insufficient capacity. Because long-term storage of batteries is incorrect, it is necessary to charge the batteries once every other time.           
 2.  Corrosion of positive plate of lifter battery results in insufficient capacity due to deformation.           
The positive plate of lifter battery is the main factor affecting the working life  of the battery. The capacity of lifter battery charging and discharging cycle, especially the capacity decline under deep cycle, is closely related to the quality deviation of positive plate.       
 3.  Softening and shedding of active substances on positive grid            
Microscopically, there are macropore and  micropore in the active material. The size of macropore is more than 0.5 cm. It is composed of many small holes. As the discharge cycle progresses, the surface of the active material shrinks, forming a core and forming a coral-like  structure. The aggregation of small holes in multiple discharge cycles increases, which makes the macropore increase continuously and destroys the cathode structure. The active substance fell off.           
The main reason for these problems is the high current charging and discharging of lifter battery. In order to avoid the occurrence, the current of charge and discharge should be guaranteed and the phenomenon of over-charge or over-discharge should be avoided.            

Corrosion Deformation of 2.2 Positive Grid           
The corrosion rate of the grid depends on the composition of the alloy, but the higher the storage temperature, the faster the corrosion rate, the deeper the discharge depth and the more serious the corrosion.           
4.  Sulfation of negative plate of electric lifter battery:           
In normal operation, the particles of PBSO4 on the negative plate are small, and the discharge can easily be restored to velvety lead. But sometimes lead sulfate, which is difficult to reduce, is produced inside the battery, called sulfation.           
There are many reasons for the salt of the negative electrode, such as the delay of charging after discharge, the long-term shelf of the battery, the serious self-discharge, the excessive concentration of electrolyte, the insufficient long-term charging and the long-term discharge at high temperature. This lead sulfate is difficult to be reduced by conventional methods, so the reduction of active substances will inevitably affect the capacity of the lifter battery.
