How to Choose Plastic Pallet for Electric lifter Truck
 When choosing plastic pallets, according to the requirements of different items, the size of products placed is different, and the selected specifications are also different.            

Selection of specifications and sizes:            

1.  First of all, consider the packing specifications of the goods and the way to place them on the plastic pallets. For example, the basic dimensions of European standard turnaround boxes are 600*400 mm, 5 on the top of 1200*1000mm pallets, 4 on the top of 1200*800mm pallets, and 5 on the top of general stacking. The basic sizes of Japanese standard turnaround boxes are 530*365 mm  and 650*440 mm, 6 and 4 on the top of 1100*1100 mm pallets, and generally stack five layers. Of course, if the product is not stored in the turnover box, it should be arranged according to the size of the original package.           
2.  Consider the situation of pallet loading tools (such as containers, trucks, etc.). For example, in case of round trip or one-time use, priority should be given to the integration of 2300mm container width. For 1200*1000mm pallets, a combination of 1200mm long and 1000mm wide should be used. Four-way fork must be selected.           
3.  If it is used on warehouse shelves, the width and depth of shelves should be taken into account. Commonly used cross-beam shelves have two pallets on each floor, with about 100 mm of storage and movement space around them, and large dimensions should be given on the shelf depth as far as possible. In this way, the carrying capacity of plastic pallets will not be too harsh. Carve out requirements to save procurement costs.     

4. If it is used in the automatic warehouse, besides meeting the above requirements, the anti-slip coefficient of the surface of the pallet, the cooperation between the bottom of the pallet leg and the chain conveyor, the height of the fork hole, the width of the fork and the load capacity, permanent deformation, the deflection of the long and short sides, the location of the bar code and the RFID core of the shelf are also considered. The placement of tablets and other factors.           
5.  Choosing the size of plastic pallet should also consider the versatility.           
 Two: One-sided and two-sided choices:           
1.  Single-sided plastic pallets can only be used on the front, with mesh and flat surfaces, Tian-shaped and nine-legged pallets at the bottom. They can be divided into shelf series, standard series and light series according to the load and use occasions.           
2.  Double-sided plastic pallet refers to the same structure on both sides of the pallet. Both sides can be exchanged and used. There are two kinds of surface: grid-like and flat-like. They are divided into shelf series and standard series according to the load-carrying capacity and the use occasion.           
3.  The choice of pallets should be determined according to the corresponding  storage, handling equipment and status.           
 Third: the requirements of bearing capacity:           
1.  Dynamic load refers to the maximum weight that can be allowed to be lifted by an electric lifter or manual pallet carrier at one time. The general shelf  pallet can bear 1.5 tons, the standard pallet can bear 1 ton, and the light  pallet can bear 0.5 tons.           
2.  Static load refers to the maximum weight that plastic pallets at the bottom can bear in stacking. General shelf pallets can bear 6 tons, standard pallets can bear 4 tons and light pallets can bear 2 tons.           
3.  Shelf load has certain requirements for permanent deformation and deflection of plastic pallets. The national maximum deflection standard is 30mm, but this data is obviously wide. It is suggested that plastic pallets with maximum deflection not exceeding 15 mm should be used on the shelves, and the requirements of automatic warehouse should be within 6 mm.
