 Third, improper use and maintenance, such as "two supersonic" discharge stage, is mainly discharge current exceeding the allowable discharge amount for a long time, which is called "two supersonic". This is also one of the main reasons leading to battery plate, which is very harmful to battery life. The basic reason for the decrease of battery capacity is that battery plate is the fundamental reason for the shorter battery life. Battery plating means that less active substances are used to store and convert energy in the battery, which leads to less battery capacity. The causes of polarization are as follows:           
 1.  Initial charge of battery is insufficient or interruption time of initial charge is long.            

 2. The battery is not charged enough for a long time.            

 3.  Failure to charge in time after discharge.             

 4.  Frequently over charging or low current deep discharging.            

 5.  If the density of electrolyte is too high or the temperature is too high, lead will be formed in depth and not easily recovered.            

 6.  The battery has a long shelf time and is not used for a long time without charging regularly.            

 7.  Local action of internal short circuit or surface water of batteries often cause leakage.          

 8. The  electrolyte level inside the battery is low, which makes the plate bare and  partially exposed.
