Effect of High Temperature in Summer on Electric lifter Truck
 1.  Employee impact. Because of the high temperature and mosquito bites, the operation of electric lifter drivers is affected.           
 2.  Heat dissipation. Under high temperature, the temperature of electric lifter engine is easy to be too high, and its heat dissipation performance becomes worse, which makes its economy and power worse.           
 3.  The influence of liquid tire. Electric lifter truck's pressing motive fails because of the expansion and deformation of the leather bowl, easy to produce "boiling" of the water tank, "liquid deficit" of the storage battery, blockage of the fuel supply system, and explosion of the tire pressure with the increase of the external temperature, etc.           
 4.  Safety impact. It is not conducive to the safety of electric lifter operation, mental fatigue and heatstroke are prone to occur in the work. Affect the safety of lifter trucks, personnel and cargo.           
 5.  Pavement impact. The adhesion of electric lifter truck decreases when the ground temperature is too high. In addition, there are more thunderstorms in summer, and the loading and unloading yard has water, which makes it easy to slip sideways.           
 6.  Wear effect of electric lifter truck. When the electric lifter truck is under heavy load, the wear and tear of the parts will be aggravated. Under high temperature and humidity, the lubricating oil (grease) of each part of lifter  truck becomes thinner and its lubrication performance decreases.           
 Electric lifter truck in the use of the process, occasionally there will be hot battery situation. This is a bad phenomenon, if found, we must pay attention to it. Here are some methods of heat treatment for batteries.           
 1.  Always feel the temperature of the lifter battery by hand. When charging or discharging the lead-acid battery of the lifter truck, the temperature of the battery itself should not exceed 35 degrees Celsius. That is, touch the battery shell by hand, and feel the temperature, which means more than 35 degrees.            
 2.  When the temperature of electric lifter battery exceeds 35 degrees Celsius, the oxide of its plate is easy to fall off, shorten the life of battery, or even destroy.           
 3.  The main reasons for the high temperature of lead-acid batteries for lifter trucks are as follows:           
 (1)  Continuous high current discharge of electric lifter battery results in high temperature of battery. After that, we can shorten the discharge time of high current and pay more attention to it.           
 (2)  The aging of the battery plate increases the internal resistance of the battery, which generates a lot of heat in the process of using, resulting in high temperature of the battery. In this case, there are potential safety hazards, we must replace the battery in time.           

If the battery of lifter truck is hot, it will not only cause battery explosion, but also possibly injure personal safety. So don't be sloppy.
